Review of Chapter 5 (required)

Testing tips for memory and anti-anxiety:

1)  Create a clear review.  The questions on the test will be just like the questions on these reviews.  Please write out these questions as you are reviewing. 

2)  Take a photographic memory of the review.  While you are outside the testing center, look over your review work 3 times.  This will help you bring a "photographic memory" of the review questions with you into the test - kind of like cheating, but who can stop you!  :-) 

3)  Breathe.  Also, breathe slowly and gently through your nose so that you access the "smart" part of your brain - the outer cortex.
