Captioning Team Training

Hi team!  Please take 10 minutes to view the video below, and then confirm you've watched it by responding to the "quiz".  Main points:

1. The captions don't need to be perfect.  If the person reading captions gets the same basic information as a listener, it's good enough.
2. If a video is taking you more than twice the length of the video to caption it, stop.  Tell us.  You should never need to spend that much time on a video.
3. (Quick note that isn't in the video) You should convert numbers or decimals like "point three three four five" to "0.3345", but otherwise leaving them as words is okay.  If the video is performing calculations ALL numbers should be converted to a numerical format (change "four" to 4).
